Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Articulate AI → Cancel. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Account tab, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data.
Why isn't my subscription working?
Try restoring purchases from the subscription screen. If the issue persists, contact us at hi@articulateaiapp.com.
Is my speech data stored?
No. Audio is processed in real time for transcription and analysis, then discarded. It is not permanently stored on any server.
Who processes my data?
Speech audio is transcribed by Deepgram and the transcript is analyzed by Cerebras (Llama AI). No data is sold or used for advertising.
What devices are supported?
Articulate AI runs on iPhone (iOS 18 or later), Mac (Apple M1 or later, macOS 15+), and Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 2+). It is not available on Android yet.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. Your speech is transcribed and analyzed in real time, so Articulate AI needs an internet connection to give you feedback.
